Transactions for international purchases will be made exclusively in US dollars (USD). Since prices on the website are in Chilean pesos and exchange rates may fluctuate, we will provide you with the exact amount in dollars through our official channels.

Please do not make international purchases directly on our website, as they will not be valid. The only valid process is the one mentioned above.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Erizos Store offers free international shipping within the Americas for purchases over USD $300. Shipments are handled via the Correo de Chile international shipping service.

Exclusions and Rates

- Bodyboard boards have a flat shipping rate of USD $100.

- Currently, it is not possible to ship softboard boards.

The shipping cost (product transportation) does not include tariffs or taxes that the destination country may charge. These costs will always be the responsibility of the customer.
