Michel, together with Alan, are our longest-standing riders; we began supporting him even before Erizos existed, when he practiced both Prone and Drop Knee. At that time, very little credibility was given to DK, but for us, it has always been a highly respected discipline of Bodyboarding. Seeing his fluidity and radicalism in this difficult style, we recommended that he focus solely on it, and we have witnessed his impressive development, which today definitively makes him a world reference. Furthermore, together with him, we developed our first and only DK model: NO DEAD, which gains more market positioning every year.

MICHEL is 1.83m tall, weighs 83 kilos, and rides his PRO MODEL: NO DEAD MTMF in size 43.

ORIGINAL K19
This is a board with a premium polypropylene central core with a density of 1.9 lb, designed for advanced riders. It has excellent compression resistance with a stiff flex action that is better suited for warm and tropical water temperatures.
Each piece of Kinetic 1.9 Ultra is fusion-molded to demanding weight and density standards using only the highest quality JSP polypropylene beads. This core is also known as ULTRA PP.

Shipping

We offer shipping to almost the entire mainland national territory to ensure safe and fast deliveries. We ship to all regions of Chile; if your area is not covered, we will contact you with alternative options.

Delivery times are: 1-3 business days in Santiago and 3-7 business days in other regions. Exceptionally, shipments from the north to the south may have additional delays.

Free shipping on purchases over $80,000 (except for Surfboards or Softboards and shipments exceeding $20,000; the excess will be covered by the customer). Purchases under $80,000 have a flat rate of $8,000.

After confirming payment, you will receive an email with the details and tracking of the shipment.

Warranty Policies

All our products are covered by a 6-month legal warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
The period begins to run from the moment the product was purchased.

It is the buyer's responsibility to inform themselves about the correct use of each item they purchase.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE.

If you need to use the warranty, contact us at Hola@erizosstore.com / Santiago@erizosstore.com providing your order or receipt number and a description of the problem. We will give you instructions for shipping the defective product.

If you want to use the warranty at any of our physical stores, you must present your proof of purchase along with the defective product.

All products will be inspected by our staff and will be subject to review by the Erizos Store team. If a factory defect is confirmed, we will proceed with the exchange of the product, repair, or refund of money, as the customer prefers.

Excluded products: Products on sale or in special promotions such as CYBER DAY or BLACK, and those sold with the explicit condition of "no exchange" or "no warranty," are not subject to our exchange or warranty policies.
