This board was designed in collaboration with our Drop Knee Pro Rider Michel Copetta, with the mission of reconnecting with this incredible style of bodyboarding. After several tests, we managed to develop a technical and progressive model that will boost the DK we all have inside us!

SUPERIOR K19 (ULTRA PP) 

This board features a premium 1.9 lb density polypropylene core, designed for advanced riders. It has excellent compression resistance with a stiff flex action that is better suited for warm and tropical water temperatures.

Each piece of Kinetic 1.9 Ultra is fusion-molded to exacting weight and density standards using only the highest quality JSP polypropylene beads. This core is also known as ULTRA PP.

For this board, we complemented the SUPERIOR K19 with 2 Carbon Tubular Stringers, ideal for Drop Knee practice.

Shipping

We offer shipping to almost the entire mainland national territory to ensure safe and fast deliveries. We ship to all regions of Chile; if your area is not covered, we will contact you with alternative options.

Delivery times are: 1-3 business days in Santiago and 3-7 business days in other regions. Exceptionally, shipments from the north to the south may have additional delays.

Free shipping on purchases over $80,000 (except for Surfboards or Softboards and shipments exceeding $20,000; the excess will be covered by the customer). Purchases under $80,000 have a flat rate of $8,000.

After confirming payment, you will receive an email with the details and tracking of the shipment.

Warranty Policies

All our products are covered by a 6-month legal warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
The period begins to run from the moment the product was purchased.

It is the buyer's responsibility to inform themselves about the correct use of each item they purchase.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE.

If you need to use the warranty, contact us at Hola@erizosstore.com / Santiago@erizosstore.com providing your order or receipt number and a description of the problem. We will give you instructions for shipping the defective product.

If you want to use the warranty at any of our physical stores, you must present your proof of purchase along with the defective product.

All products will be inspected by our staff and will be subject to review by the Erizos Store team. If a factory defect is confirmed, we will proceed with the exchange of the product, repair, or refund of money, as the customer prefers.

Excluded products: Products on sale or in special promotions such as CYBER DAY or BLACK, and those sold with the explicit condition of "no exchange" or "no warranty," are not subject to our exchange or warranty policies.
