No Stop is born from a collaboration with Paloma Freyggang, one of the most influential and respected riders in Chilean women's bodyboarding. With over 25 years on the water, Paloma represents the pure essence of the sport: consistency, passion, and a real connection with the sea.

Its balanced shape offers a solid combination of drop control, line speed, and maneuver projection. It doesn't seek to be extreme in any single aspect, but rather to deliver stable and optimal performance in all. Paloma is the equivalent of Alan Muñoz in the women's category; an athlete who, while she hasn't been in our team for long, we are immensely proud to have, as she is the rider with the greatest trajectory and influence in Chilean women's bodyboarding and holds great admiration worldwide. One of the things we admire most about her is her deep and sincere passion for bodyboarding, which has led her to practice this sport every day of her life for over 25 years without thinking of glory or recognition, simply to feel the true love for this lifestyle—which is why her board represents a challenge.

Shipping

We offer shipping to almost the entire mainland national territory to ensure safe and fast deliveries. We ship to all regions of Chile; if your area is not covered, we will contact you with alternative options.

Delivery times are: 1-3 business days in Santiago and 3-7 business days in other regions. Exceptionally, shipments from the north to the south may have additional delays.

Free shipping on purchases over $80,000 (except for Surfboards or Softboards and shipments exceeding $20,000; the excess will be covered by the customer). Purchases under $80,000 have a flat rate of $8,000.

After confirming payment, you will receive an email with the details and tracking of the shipment.

Warranty Policies

All our products are covered by a 6-month legal warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
The period begins to run from the moment the product was purchased.

It is the buyer's responsibility to inform themselves about the correct use of each item they purchase.

WARRANTY PROCEDURE.

If you need to use the warranty, contact us at Hola@erizosstore.com / Santiago@erizosstore.com providing your order or receipt number and a description of the problem. We will give you instructions for shipping the defective product.

If you want to use the warranty at any of our physical stores, you must present your proof of purchase along with the defective product.

All products will be inspected by our staff and will be subject to review by the Erizos Store team. If a factory defect is confirmed, we will proceed with the exchange of the product, repair, or refund of money, as the customer prefers.

Excluded products: Products on sale or in special promotions such as CYBER DAY or BLACK, and those sold with the explicit condition of "no exchange" or "no warranty," are not subject to our exchange or warranty policies.
